On April 15, 2026,
Kimyo International University in Tashkent hosted representatives of the prestigious UK-based AMBA & BGA — Andrew Main Wilson (Chief Executive Officer), Debbie Kemp (Director of Business School Engagement), and Richard Turner (Head of Business Development). The visit was organized at the initiative of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
AMBA & BGA is one of the world’s leading organizations for the accreditation and quality assurance of business education. This visit marked an important step toward aligning the university’s Business School programmes (BMA, FIN, ACC, BAN, IER, IMA, TOU) with international standards.
The guests were welcomed by Akmal Sukhrobovich Rustamov, Head of the Department of Research and Innovation, and Zebo Bekmuradovna Sharipova, Head of the Quality Assurance Department.
