NEW ACADEMIC YEAR BEGINS AT KIMYO INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY IN TASHKENT
The new academic year at Kimyo International University in Tashkent began in a festive atmosphere. A special welcome ceremony for students was held in celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, featuring the Military Band of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In 2026, Uzbekistan is celebrating the 35th anniversary of its independence under the theme “One Homeland, One People — Together We Create a New Life and a New Future.” This milestone carries special significance in fostering patriotism, national pride, and a sense of responsibility for the country’s future among the younger generation.
Performances by the military band brought a special energy to the first day on campus, as students began a new chapter of their academic journey with fresh goals and aspirations.
Today’s students are tomorrow’s professionals, researchers, innovators, and contributors to society. At Kimyo International University in Tashkent, particular attention is therefore given to creating opportunities for students to receive quality education, develop up-to-date knowledge and practical skills, and realise their full potential.
