“Sharing Enlightenment” — A Literary Meeting with Poet Alisher Boymurodov
Kimyo International University in Tashkent (KIUT) hosted a literary meeting with Alisher Boymurodov, a poet and member of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan, as part of the “Ma’rifat Ulashib” (Sharing Enlightenment) initiative.
The poet is known for his debut poetry collection, Soyabon, and his patriotic works. He has received awards in national poetry competitions, including “Posboniman, Muqaddas Yurtning” and “Best Poem Celebrating the Homeland.”
Students, faculty members, and university staff participated in discussions on the role of literature, reading, and cultural values in personal and intellectual development.
