Kimyo International University Awards 530 Educational Grants and 30 Named Scholarships
On November 14, 2025, Kimyo International University held one of its most significant and festive events of the year — the Award Ceremony for Educational Grant and Named Scholarship Recipients.
This year, 530 educational grants were allocated to gifted and socially vulnerable students from the Tashkent, Samarkand, and Namangan branches of the university. In addition, 30 fully funded named scholarships were awarded in honor of distinguished individuals whose contributions hold an important place in the history of the university and the field of economics:
— the scholarship named after the university’s first rector Janpo‘lat Kudaybergenov;
— the scholarship named after economist and scholar Ahmadjon Olmasov;
— the scholarship named after prominent economist Murod Sharifkhadjayev.
The ceremony opened with a congratulatory speech by the Rector of Kimyo International University, Professor Akmal Allakuliev, who praised the academic achievements of the students and emphasized that grants and scholarships serve as a strong foundation for the future of young specialists.
Following this, Dilora Kudaybergenova, the spouse of the university’s first rector, took the stage. She shared heartfelt memories about the early development of the university, its core values, and extended her best wishes to the students.
Ahead of International Students’ Day, celebrated on November 17, the university organized a festive event filled with creative performances prepared by its talented students. The evening concluded with a dynamic and energizing show by the special guest — DJ Maccarella, who created a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere for everyone in attendance.
The ceremony once again demonstrated Kimyo International University’s strong commitment to supporting talented youth, recognizing their hard work, and creating broader opportunities for their successful future.
