
Industry and Education Integration: U.S. Delegation at Kimyo International University in Tashkent
From September 18 to 25, 2025, Kimyo International University in Tashkent hosted two distinguished guests from the United States — Harry Lee Dozier, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business and education, and Gregory A. Rogers, an expert in industrial automation and cybersecurity.
During the visit, the university leadership and the guests discussed ways to enhance educational processes, strengthen cooperation with industry, and create new opportunities for students to gain international experience. The guests shared their achievements and expertise, expressing readiness to engage in joint projects, conduct applied research, and organize seminars for students.
This visit marked an important step for KIUT in further strengthening its international reputation, introducing innovative ideas and best practices, and equipping students with modern knowledge and skills.
About the delegates
Gregory A. Rogers — a highly qualified professional with more than 30 years of experience in electrical engineering and industrial automation. He currently serves as Director of Automation and Design at Enterprise Products, overseeing plant and pipeline systems, SCADA systems, industrial cybersecurity, and control and measurement processes.
Harry Lee Dozier — an experienced specialist in business administration and education. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, as well as master’s and PhD degrees from Trinity Divinity University (Chicago). His professional focus is on leadership, team development, and the management of educational processes.
