Educational Grant
Dear talented 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year students,
The application process for the University’s Educational Grant has officially started.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
📌 A motivational letter;
📌 Successful completion of all exams with high academic performance during the academic year;
📌 Semester results with exclusively “Excellent” grades;
📌 At least two recommendation letters from teachers, provided the student has actively and regularly participated in classes;
📎 Active participation and achieving 1st–2nd–3rd places in scientific-practical conferences and competitions of international and national level within their field of study;
📎 Active involvement in the social life and events of the university;
📎 A valid language certificate proving knowledge of at least one foreign language in addition to the state language (Korean — TOPIK level 4 or higher, English — IELTS 6.0 or higher);
📎 Consideration of the candidate’s personal qualities, ethics, and other merits;
📎 For 3rd and 4th-year students, special emphasis is placed on having scientific articles published in local or international journals during the academic year (priority is given to publications in journals indexed in the Scimago system).
⏳ Applications are accepted until September 22 of this year. All required documents must be submitted to the program director.
❌ Students with “Fail” grades are not eligible to apply.
❗️❗️❗️ In addition, for students with disabilities of group I–II, as well as orphans and students deprived of parental care who are under full state support, the following criteria will be given special consideration:
✔️ A motivational letter;
✔️ No academic debts from the previous academic year or semester, and an overall performance of at least “Good”;
✔️ At least two recommendation letters from teachers with evidence of regular and active class participation;
✔️ An original document confirming disability (group I–II) or official status as an orphan/student deprived of parental care under full state support.
⏰ Applications must be submitted to program directors by September 22 of this year.
Please note that the winners of the University’s Educational Grant are selected annually from among the most deserving candidates of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year students.
