The Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences at Tashkent International University of Chemistry was established in 2018. Currently, the department employs 4 PhD holders, 1 senior lecturer, 1 part-time lecturer, and 1 hourly-based lecturer. At the undergraduate level, the department teaches the following courses across all majors: “Contemporary History of Uzbekistan,” “Philosophy (Religious Studies),” “Renaissance and Enlightenment History,” “Ancient History and Archaeology,” “Medieval History,” “History of Art and Religion,” “Introduction to History,” “History of Ideas and Movements,” “Political Science,” “History of the 18th–20th Centuries,” “American History,” “Modern History,” and “History of Religion.” At the master’s level, the department offers the course “Research Methodology.” These subjects are taught in Uzbek, Russian, and English. Throughout the academic year, in accordance with the department’s work plan, various cultural and educational events are regularly organized.
Main goals and directions of activity of the department:
The Department of "Social and Humanitarian Sciences" aims to ensure a high level of training of qualified personnel for ministries, departments, organizations, educational institutions working in all spheres, and other areas of activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the development of students' skills of independent research, the familiarity of students with the peculiarities of political processes at the present stage, as well as assistance to students in self-study and in the process of patriotic education of students.

Since 2022, she has been working at Tashkent International University of Chemistry in Tashkent. She holds a Ph.D. in History and is the author of over 100 research publications and two textbooks on the history of Uzbekistan. Scientific interests: History of Uzbekistan, historical anthropology, digital history, digital humanities, artificial intelligence and neural networks, special historical disciplines, research methodology. Since 2021, he has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences of Tashkent International University of Chemistry. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in History. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies (TSIOS) and his master’s degree in International Relations from the same institute. Author of several study guides and scientific articles.
Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences since 2024. She earned her bachelor’s degree in the field of “National Independence Ideology; Fundamentals of Law and Spirituality” from the Faculty of History at the Tashkent Regional State Pedagogical Institute (TVDPI) and her master’s degree in “Fundamentals of Spirituality” from Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami (TDPU). Specialist in the History of Uzbekistan. Author of a teaching manual and several scientific articles published in local and international journals.
