To draw from around the world to KIUT, our faculty will produce outstanding and important research, both individually and as part of collaborative teams.
Our department
Our department’s work is influential, leading to changes in both business practice and public policy. We have expertise in all major areas, including management, marketing, digital business, digital marketing, strategy, leadership, entrepreneurship, social innovation and entrepreneurship, business purpose, the management of large-scale infrastructure programs and much more.
Our 18 multinational faculty members bring diverse disciplinary backgrounds and cultural understandings to our undergraduate students of Business management and administration, International Marketing and post graduates of MBA classrooms, and a combination of academic and management-oriented faculty complement one another to advance the thinking of young and experienced leaders.

In 2022, she received the title of Associate Professor at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. PhD in Economics. She has a bachelor's degree in Management from Tashkent University of Information Technologies, as well as a master's degree in Sectoral Economics from Tashkent University of Information Technologies. She is the author of several scientific articles and textbooks. She actively participated in several Erasmus and MUNIS projects.

In 2022, he received the rank of senior teacher at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. He has a Bachelor degree in foreign language and literature in Uzbek state world language university, a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Kumoh national institute of technology, Gumi, South Korea. He has been active in one of Erasmus projects.

She has a bachelor's degree in Finance from Tashkent Financial Institute, as well as a master's degree in Pension deal from Tashkent Financial Institute. She is the author of several scientific articles.

Research direction: Management (08.00.13) Biography Since 2023, she began working at Tashkent International Kimyo University. In 2004, she began teaching at the Tashkent Financial Institute. Since 2008, she worked as a senior lecturer. On June 30, 2021, under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, UAC, on the recommendation of the Council of the Tashkent Financial Institute, was awarded the title of Associate Professor in the specialty "Management". Author of a number of textbooks, teaching aids, educational and methodological works and scientific articles.
Research interests: Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Logistics Management Scientific branch: Marketing (08.00.11) Biography Since 2024, has been working at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. He has a bachelor's degree in English Philology from Tashkent State World Languages University, as well as a master's degree in International Logistics from Riga Aeronautical Institute. He is the author of several scientific articles.
Research interests: Marketing, Marketing Management, Public Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility, Brand Management, Consumer Behavior, Management, International Business, Financial Management, Marketing Communications (study of various promotion methods, including advertising, PR and social media), Digital Marketing. Research direction: Marketing (08.00.11), Menejment (08.00.13) Biography Since 2023, he has been working at «Kimyo International University in Tashkent». He has a bachelor's degree in Corporate Management from the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry, as well as a master's degree in Banking Accounting and Auditing from the Tashkent Financial Institute. Worked in a joint-stock company of a national company, has knowledge of securities and relations with shareholders. Education and experience allowed you to develop the skills necessary for successful work in these areas. Completed advanced training courses in Bulgaria, where you deepened your knowledge and skills. This training gave you the opportunity to get acquainted with modern methods and approaches in marketing and finance, as well as expand your professional horizons.
